Nursing Home Administrator

Maple Crest Manor is searching for a licensed nursing home administrator for our campus. We have a 55 bed Skilled Nursing Home; 14 unit Assisted Living; and a 14 unit Memory Care Assisted Living. Most of our Department Supervisors have been part of this facility for a very long time. We are a private, for profit corporation and have a local board of directors.
