PT Receptionist (Madrid, IA)

We are seeking a kind and inclusive Receptionist to work weekends in our Madrid, IA community. An ideal candidate will have the strong desire to provide a wonderful first impression, create fulfilling lifestyles for the people around them, and takes great pride in the service they provide. Your day-to-day will include (but not limited to) greeting those who visit, answering calls and relaying messages, and providing services and supplies for residents such as mail, packages, and requests. You will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with those you serve and work alongside, as well as continue to improve your customer service skills.

What you’ll do:
Greet coworkers, residents, family members, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answer telephones and relay messages, as needed
Provide services and supplies for residents such as forwarding mail, delivering packages and flowers, and submitting maintenance requests
Assists departments with performing miscellaneous administrative tasks as requested
What you’ll need:
Ability to work weekends and holiday as required/needed as this position requires every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
Computer experience and general clerical skills
Exceptional attendance
