We are currently taking applications for a Quality Assurance Review Clinician.

Immediate opening for a Registered Nurse interested in reviewing clinical documentation for a home health agency. Clinical documentation review includes analysis of appropriateness of cares, utilization management, documentation of cares and trends for education.

Requirements:
Proficient in Medicare coverage guidelines
Minimum two years of demonstrated experience in regulated home health care setting
Ability to multi-task, detail oriented, critical thinking skills, and have strong clinical and communication skills
Preferred applicants will have previous home care experience with OASIS knowledge
Will be required to be part of an on-call rotation
