This position requires the use of clinical excellence while supporting client safety protocols, caregiver training, and care collaboration.
Recover Health’s Sprout Pediatrics program focuses on the unique needs of our pediatric clients, their families and care professionals. We are looking for a Clinical Manager that wants to join us in making a difference together using skill, hard work and an affinity for learning, laughter and goodwill. Our nurses receive specific training to our clients’ complex medical needs and have a team of support 24 hours per day. Your talent can mean the difference for our kids and their ability to come home from the hospital and thrive.

Requirements
Current Registered Nurse (RN) in Iowa with Pediatric experience
NICU or PICU experience a plus
Must be able to lift, turn, position and transfer up to 50 pounds of weight
