RN Admissions Liaison

Ramsey Village, a continuing care retirement community, is seeking an RN Admissions Liaison to join our admissions team. This individual would be responsible for communication with the hospital discharge planners and social workers regarding referrals, and coordination of reviews and acceptance of admissions. Other duties include on-site visits with referred patients, and pre-admission assessments for long term care referrals. The majority of time would be spent at the Des Moines area hospitals.

The ideal candidate has previous admissions and marketing experience, a passion for census development and the ability to develop/maintain relationships with the various providers at the hospitals.
