Charge Nurse Wage
LPN – $35.00/hour
RN – $40.00/hour
$5.00/hour WEEKEND BONUS

Charge Nurse – RN or LPN Schedule
6AM – 6PM
6PM – 6AM
6PM – 10PM

Charge Nurse – RN or LPN Responsibilities:
· Evaluate residents’ needs and conditions
· Communicate with family members regarding the condition and progress of our residents
· Review physician orders
· Order medications
· Arrange schedules, appointments, and transportation for residents
· Oversee admission, discharge, and transfer of residents
· Supervise CNA staff

Charge Nurse – RN or LPN Education Requirements:
· Current Iowa RN or LPN license
· Current BLS/CPR certification
· LPN only – has completed or will complete Long Term Care Supervisors
· Previous RN or LPN experience preferred
