Your next job as a Senior Living Sales Consultant will have you developing relationships in the community while promoting services to help establish and maintain occupancy levels.

Develop and execute marketing strategy to achieve goals through relationship selling
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales forecasts
Manage and track all leads to ensure they’re followed up with in a timely manner with lead tracking system and reporting data
Answer family inquiries, conduct personal visits, give tours and information up to 7p or scheduled times. Flexibility of off hours will be needed
Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective referral and payer sources
Build and monitor a positive perception of the building and operations as a high-quality provider in the local community within a 10-20 mile radius
Identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs
Experience in geriatrics, senior care or healthcare for Seniors preferred
Associates Degree in Business, Marketing or Public Relations
Sales CRM and MS Office knowledge
Achieve and maintain 95%+ occupancy through marketing, public relations, sales activities
Coordinate all advertising, presentations, direct mail, and referral networking activity along with creative follow up and determination
Stay up to date with family members, care providers, social services, and other professionals to ensure successful placement and residency. Be involved with family events at the property
Build a solid networking groups by joining clubs and other various associations
Receive and record all reservation deposits and other fees related to marketing efforts
Oversee move-ins, orientation and move-outs
Interact with a close knit and respectful leadership team
