Temporary MDS Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated individual to temporarily fill our MDS position while current MDS nurse is on maternity leave. We expect this to be a 12 week period that we would hire for. Looking for someone who has MDS experience, Point Click Care experience preferred as well but able to train and provide education as needed.
