The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents•Collaborates with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care
