As a wellness director, you’ll lead the overall care experience — guiding your team and creating an environment where residents feel supported, engaged, and cared for every day. In this role, you will:
• Lead, coach, and develop a strong, accountable care team
• Oversee resident evaluations, care plans, and daily operations
• Ensure care is delivered in alignment with our 1440 standards
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and care partners
• Partner with community leaders to support quality, performance, and growth
