Getting started with The Compliance Store

Over the past month, IHCA members have heard a lot about The Compliance Store — and for good reason. This comprehensive compliance platform is now included with IHCA membership at no additional cost for skilled nursing facility members.

If you haven’t logged in yet, here’s everything you need to know to get started quickly and put this new member benefit to work for your team.

How to log in

Facility administrators should have received a login email on Thursday, Jan. 8 from [email protected] with instructions to create a password.

  • Your username is your email address.
  • Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email.
  • If you still can’t find it, contact The Compliance Store’s Emily Foreman for assistance.

Adding staff access

The Compliance Store allows unlimited users per facility, so administrators, nurses, department leaders and other staff can all access the same up-to-date resources.

To add a staff member:

  • Administrators should email Emily Foreman with the staff member’s name, title and email address.
  • Accounts will be created for your team.

If you’re not an administrator, ask your facility administrator to submit your information on your behalf.

Watch the on-demand demo

IHCA and The Compliance Store recently hosted a live demo, and the recording is available here. If you’re new to the platform, the demo is the fastest way to see how it can support your day-to-day compliance work.
