IHCA’s two-part virtual PBJ Compliance Workshop – Reporting Requirements and Survey Preparation is designed to strengthen your Payroll-Based Journal (PBJ) knowledge and survey readiness. Increased attention to PBJ reporting during surveys has made it essential for facility leaders to clearly understand the requirements, the data behind their submissions and how to confidently speak to both.
The first session on Jan. 15 will offer a concise overview of PBJ rules and a checklist of items to prepare. The second session, a hands-on virtual workshop on Jan. 29, is the centerpiece of the series, giving participants the opportunity to walk through their own PBJ reports and supporting documentation in real time with expert guidance. Attendees will gain practical insight, confidence and the tools needed to respond effectively to surveyor inquiries.
