IHCA has launched a major new member benefit for skilled nursing facility (SNF) members: complimentary access to The Compliance Store, a comprehensive compliance platform built specifically for long-term care providers.
The Compliance Store provides regulatory tools, customizable policies, survey-preparation resources and ongoing updates to support compliance and survey readiness in an increasingly complex regulatory environment.
What used to be an expense is now a standard feature of your IHCA membership, giving you the confidence to navigate the SNF regulatory landscape at no additional cost.
Administrator accounts are already set up
Accounts for administrators at IHCA member SNF facilities have already been created by The Compliance Store.
What to expect next:
- Administrators will receive an email from The Compliance Store on Thursday, Jan. 8, sent from Emily Foreman ([email protected]) with instructions to access your account.
- Your username will be your email address.
- You will be prompted to create your own password.
- If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Adding access for your team
Administrators may request accounts for additional staff by emailing Emily Foreman at [email protected] with the staff member’s name, title and email address. Accounts will be created for your team.

IHCA and The Compliance Store will host a live demo webinar to walk members through the platform and highlight key features.
