Two complimentary lunch tickets are provided per booth. Lunch is served between 11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. on Monday, September 26. Additional lunch tickets can be purchased for $30.00 each. Please indicate the total amount of lunch tickets requested. An invoice will be sent when information is received and will need to be paid prior to the event.(Required)

*Additional lunch tickets will not be available for purchase after Sunday at 7:00 p.m. due to hotel guarantees. Name badges and lunch tickets can be picked up at the exhibitor registration desk on Sunday or Monday during the designated registration hours.

Convention Theme

We are incorporating a “disco/tie-dye” theme to this year’s convention with the slogan “Remember the Why”. We encourage long-term care providers to take a moment to reflect on the many reasons they have chosen to work in this profession and the progress that has been made. Please feel free to incorporate the theme with your booth design to further enhance your tie-in with the IHCA convention.

Booth Information

Exhibit Booths are 10’ wide x 8’ deep. Booth prices listed below include a draped booth space, one 7” x 44” sign with company name, a skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket.

Exhibit Location and Hours

Monday, September 26, 2022 (first day of the IHCA Convention). The Trade Show is located in the Des Moines Room Exhibit Hall at the Marriott.

Exhibit Set-Up and Check-in Hours

Sunday, September 25, 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Monday, September 26, 7:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.

*Set up must be completed during set up hours only

All exhibits must be complete and ready for an inspection by IHCA no later than 9:30 a.m. on Monday, September 26, 2022. Exhibit space not occupied by 8:00 a.m. on September 26 will be forfeited by the Exhibitor, and the space will be resold, reassigned, or used by IHCA without refund. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. No obstructions shall be placed in any aisle, passageways, lobby, or exits leading to any fire extinguishing appliances.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Cancellations that happen on or before June 1, 2022 will result in the exhibitor receiving a 50% refund. Cancellations after June 1, 2022 will result in no refunds.
