Our vision is to provide excellence in long-term care by building a stronger workforce through empowering individuals to obtain their career goals.

About the Foundation

The Foundation’s scholarship programs are made for long-term care employees, high school students, veterans and rural Iowa residents.

Encounter Telehealth and IHCA Foundation are offering one-hour webinars on mental health topics that can be used for free by IHCA members and their staff to help with stress and mental health.
