Our vision is to provide excellence in long-term care by building a stronger workforce through empowering individuals to obtain their career goals.

Scholarship Opportunities
The Foundation’s scholarship programs are made for long-term care employees (skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, home care and care continuum communities) and high school students interested in a career in long-term care.
Mental Health Webinar Series
Encounter Telehealth and IHCA Foundation are offering one-hour webinars on mental health topics that can be used for free by IHCA members and their staff to help with stress and mental health.
