ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Jerald Cosey, HFA
Jerald Cosey, HFA, founder of J.Cosey Speaks, brings over a decade of experience as a licensed HFA and senior health care operational leader, merging his extensive background in pharmaceutical sales leadership with a passion for advancing senior health care through mindset and skillset development as a speaker, consultant, author and trainer/coach.

Kimber Larson, MSN, RN
Kimber Larson, MSN, RN, is the Quality Improvement Director at Iowa Health Care Association. Kimber has over 28 years of acute, post-acute and long-term care experience. She has worked as a CNA and LPN Instructor, MDS Nurse, Infection Prevention Nurse, Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing and Post-Acute Care Coordinator in a hospital setting working with the Accountable Care Organization. She is knowledgeable regarding issues related to care transitions, quality improvement, infection control and clinical practice in the post-acute care setting.

CEUs + registration fee
- Program provides opportunity to earn up to 36.0 CEUs
- Registration fee is $1,500 for one individual or $2,500 for two individuals for the same organization

This scholarship, made possible by Iowa Total Care, is for leaders at IHCA member organizations interested in attending the IHCA Executive Health Care Leadership Institute.
Scholarships will be offered to provide for the registration fee to participate in the IHCA Executive Health Care Leadership Institute. A total of nine scholarships are available. Applications for this scholarship program are open now through May 31, 2025.
