Executive Health Care Leadership Institute

IHCA’s Executive Health Care Leadership Institute is custom designed for post-acute care providers.
Thank you to our presenting sponsor, Healthcare of Iowa.

Unlike other leadership training programs, this program is custom built for those who work in the post-acute care profession. It includes the leadership fundamentals you need to lead others, and the specific technical skills in demand in post-acute care settings. Whether you are new to your leadership role and looking for tips to get started, or you have been a leader for a while and looking for new strategies to navigate today’s ever-evolving environment, the IHCA Executive Health Care Leadership Institute is for you!

This program includes a mix of in-person and live digital sessions that you can attend at the comfort of your own home or office – and requires less travel time to attend. During the 2023-2024 program, attendees of the leadership institute will participate in a quality improvement project. Click here to view the 2023-2024 schedule.
