IHCA Member Portal
As a member of IHCA you have access to our online Member Portal where you can:
- Create a personal profile to get member benefits
- View your CEUs
- Register for IHCA-hosted educational events
- Update your contact information
- Pay invoices
Your IHCA profile is unique to you and stays with you—even if you change organizations. This allows us to track your education history, certifications and engagement across your career in long-term care.
About Your Member Portal- Email Address: You can update your email address at any time to ensure you continue receiving important updates and event information.
- Name Changes: To maintain record accuracy, name changes must be processed by IHCA staff. Please contact us if your name needs to be updated.
- Shared or Generic Emails: If your profile is tied to a generic email (e.g., info@, admin@) previously used by someone else, please email us at [email protected] so we can properly update your account.

- Follow these instructions for logging in to the Member Portal. For questions about logging in, please call us at 800-422-3106.
What do I do if I receive an error message while trying to log in to the portal or trying to process a payment?
- First check the web browser you are using. Do not use Microsoft Internet Explorer, as this browser is no longer updated and supported. Please do use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome instead. If you continue to receive error messages even after using Firefox or Chrome, please call us at 800-422-3106 to resolve any issues related to error messages.
How do I register for an educational event?
- Contact your organization’s Primary Executive Admin (i.e., administrator or designated individual who has access to your organization’s information in the Member Portal) to complete the registration for you. Contact your administrator or IHCA at 800-422-3106 to determine who is your Primary Executive Admin.
- If you are your organization’s Primary Executive Admin, follow these instructions to register individuals or groups for events.
How do I access my CEUs for past events?
- Visit this page for more information on accessing CEU information.
How can I view and pay my organization’s open invoices?
- If you have permission in our system to view your organization’s record, you can access your organization’s invoices. To do this, follow these instructions.
