Business Development/ Client Success Manager
Remote, Central Iowa Salaried Position
OVERVIEW
The primary duty of the Business Development and Client Success Manager is to retain and grow the existing client base by means of routine calls and visits to all clients and win new business for the company. The individual is to develop a relationship with the client on behalf of the company, gaining their confidence, and serving to educate and resolve concerns promptly as needed. The individual is to stay abreast of personnel changes, ownership changes, new construction, competition, or anything that may jeopardize our relationship with a client or that could provide leads to new business. Our clients include Skilled Nursing Facilities with secondary focus on Assisted Living, Home Health, Hospice, Correctional, Industrial, and other markets that become available.
