He has been a keynote speaker at high-profile events, including the Cyber Security FORUM at the United Nations and the Million Dollar Accelerators at NASDAQ. John also frequently presents webinars for healthcare associations, offering actionable strategies for safeguarding healthcare organizations against digital threats.
In addition to his professional expertise, John has a personal connection to healthcare through his wife, a Director of Nursing, which deepens his understanding of the challenges faced by healthcare providers. This unique perspective drives his commitment to improving the cybersecurity posture of healthcare institutions, ensuring compliance and security for staff, residents, and leadership.
Alexandrea (Alex) Keller, CPA is a shareholder with Williams & Company, PC managing the West Des Moines, IA office. Alex has over nine years’ experience in public accounting and in delivering a wide range of audit, tax, cost reporting, and consulting services to long-term care organizations and continuing care retirement communities.
Aysha Kuhlor is a seasoned professional with over two decades of expertise in healthcare regulatory compliance. Her extensive experience spans key leadership roles, including Chief Nursing Officer, Regional Director of Nursing, Nurse Consultant, and Director of Nursing. Aysha has a proven track record of guiding interdisciplinary teams to achieve successful survey outcomes and maintain rigorous compliance with state and federal standards. Known for her strategic approach to operational excellence, Aysha excels in preparing healthcare organizations to meet survey requirements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving quality patient care. Her insight and leadership make her a trusted advisor in navigating the complex regulatory landscape, ensuring healthcare teams are equipped to achieve and sustain compliance success.
Vincent Fedele is a Partner at Zimmet Healthcare Services Group, LLC and the Chief Operating Officer of z.PAX, the Post-Acute eXchange. He is responsible for strategic product direction and leads the consulting firm’s data analytics department. Vincent’s expertise is merging information from our proprietary database with facility-specific, accretive outcomes to develop (and manage) a provider’s “Risk Profile.” This proprietary measure serves to mitigate the provider-exposure endemic to shared savings initiatives and episodic payment models. His “fee-for-service” roots enable Vincent to reconcile the conflicting incentives in a world where volume and value run parallel, to find the resonant balance best suited to the culture and vision of our unique provider clients. Vincent lectures extensively on diverse topics associated with SNF technology, reimbursement, managed care and data analytics. He is a graduate of Boston University in 2010 and earned his MBA from Rutgers University in 2017.
