Program Description

Whether you’re new to Medicare or looking for a refresher, this bootcamp provides a practical overview of Medicare requirements for home health providers. Participants will review key coverage, eligibility, documentation, reimbursement and compliance concepts while gaining strategies to navigate common challenges with confidence. Speaker

Annette Lee, RN, MS, HCS-D, COS-C is the founder and president of Provider Insights. Annette built Provider Insights to give home health and hospice providers peace of mind. She’s had decades of experience at CMS and provided many years of consultancy services, including contracting with the Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) to provide clinical education for home health and hospice agencies across the nation. She speaks Medicare-ese fluently and knows how to make the most complicated rules make sense for patient-centered providers who don’t have the time to dissect every rule.
