MDS 101 – Mastering the Basics of MDS 3.0
Program Description
This foundational training is designed to help you develop a comprehensive understanding of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) 3.0. MDS 101 will provide guidance on how to accurately complete each section of the MDS, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and improving resident care outcomes. We’ll also explore areas of the MDS that can directly impact your facility’s Quality Measures, both positively and negatively. Additionally, you’ll learn the critical documentation required for each assessment and how to effectively use the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) manual to stay current with updates and changes.
