Activity Assistant

Responsibilities and Duties
· Provide individual and group activities according to the individualized resident treatment plan
· Provide some transportation to/from activities or resident appointments.
· Complete accurate documentation.
· Deliver the highest quality of care possible to each resident, serving with kindness and compassion
Qualifications and Skills
We are seeking team members who have the following qualifications and skills
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid drivers license and obtain a Chauffer’s License with in 30 days of hire
• Strong computer skills
• Strong communication skills
• Self motivated
• Shows initiative in daily work
Job Openings:
1- Full time 40/hr week with every other weekend (9a-5:30p)
