Parkview Home is a faith-based facility located in Wayland Iowa, seeking an Administrator. The Parkview campus encompasses, SNF, RCF, apartments, condos, and duplexes. Parkview is blessed with phenomenal dedicated staff, board of directors, community support and volunteers. The ideal candidate must be fair and consistent with their practices and leadership. Staff are dedicated, exhibited by their longevity. Oversee finances and overall operations with strategic planning vision for the future. Marketing ideas to ensure census will be key for this position. Have a good understanding of the regulations, the survey process and adaptable to the change. Parkview is an EOE.
