Administrator

The administrator is responsible for the overall implementation of the facility policies/procedures to adhere to State and Federal regulations, attain a high level of care, and optimize resident quality of life

The administrator will delegate a person responsible for quality assurance activities and serve as an active member of the QAPI Committee

The administrator will report to the corporate governing body and report the facility’s management and operation (i.e. audits, budgets, staffing, supplies, etc.

The administrator will report to the corporate governing body information regarding regulatory issues including but not limited to annual surveys, complaint surveys, self-reports, allegations of abuse or neglect, etc.
