Care Initiatives is now hiring an Administrator at Ravenwood Specialty Care, a 196-bed skilled nursing facility (SNF) located in Waterloo.

This is a great opportunity for licensed Administrator with 5+ years experience. Our Administrators are supported by on-site regional support teams in all areas of operations. If you are looking to advance your career to a larger sized facility – we want to hear from you!

We are looking for leaders with these qualifications:
Current, valid license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Iowa.

Thorough knowledge of federal and state regulations governing nursing facility/skilled nursing facility operation.
Demonstrated effective supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills.
