Care Initiatives is currently hiring a talented Nursing Home Administrator to join our team! This position will cover two SNF locations: Bedford and Corning Specialty Care Centers located in SW Iowa. We provide compassionate transitional health care to Iowans at all walks of life and are committed to providing dignified and custom care for almost any need.

As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee the total day-to-day operation of your facility. This exciting role is responsible for developing effective operational strategy and directing the team to assure residents receive the consistently high-quality care we are committed to delivering.

Successful candidates must have a current license, or qualify to obtain licensure to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator in Iowa. We are looking for an exceptional leader who will cultivate teamwork, a culture of continuous improvement, compassionately serve others, and promote skill development and personal growth for staff.
