Trinity Senior Services Management, a division of Trinity Health https://www.trinity-health.org/senior-services-management, is seeking a new executive director for a Catholic Continuing Care Retirement community located in northwest Iowa. The community includes a 94-bed licensed skilled nursing facility and 34 assisted living beds (11 memory care) and 24 independent living apartments.
The Executive Director is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and financial success within the context of the core values of the religious sponsors. Key responsibilities include staffing, financial management, risk management, oversight of resident care, marketing and outreach.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, nursing, business administration, finance or marketing. A clinical credential or graduate degree and related executive-level management experience are strongly preferred.
Candidates must possess a nursing home administrator’s license in the state of Iowa or be eligible to obtain one. A proven record of success within a long-term care setting is essential.
