2nd shift: Full-time opportunity available

DUTIES: Assists with menu planning of desserts & baked goods to make food enjoyable for all guests. Accurately reads and follows menu guidelines, production guides, and recipes in strict adherence to guidelines while documenting any changes to recipe and ingredients. Assures the food is ready, portioned, & delivered to all locations along with plating instructions. Interacts with guests in a positive way while doing food preparation and food service.

REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent. Past experience working as a Cook or Baker. Will comply with all federal and state regulatory requirements to maintain certification in food handling professional and other certifications as appropriate. Strong customer service background.
