Campus Dietary Manager

Solon Retirement Village is currently hiring for a certified dietary manager to oversee the dietary department. Responsibilities include staff management, supervising the handling, preparation, and storage of food, kitchen sanitation and culinary duties. Must be certified as a dietary manager in the State of Iowa. Typical work schedule would be Monday-Friday with on call responsibilities.
