Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Accura HealthCare of Newton West is currently undergoing a transition to a dedicated 46-bed Dementia unit. Our facility is currently undergoing renovation and has been agency free since July 2022. We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. With a high sense of integrity and compassion, you will provide person-centered care to our residents.
CURRENT NEEDS: Full-Time (2nd shift), Part-Time (3rd shift)

SIGN-ON BONUS: $2,500 (Full-time), $1,250 (Part-Time)

Job Summary: Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are responsible for providing exceptional personal care for our residents. Assist with dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, baths/showers, as well as providing basic treatments required and as directed by nursing staff.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Hold current CNA certification with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain state specific certification.
Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
