Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Established within a tranquil setting of heavy woods, rocks and the river, you’ll find Accura HealthCare of Cherokee. We are a 48 bed SNF, with 18 of those beds dedicated to an Alzheimer’s CCDI unit. In addition we have a 28 bed Assisted Living. We are proud of being agency free for years due to our strong clinical team.

We have CNA opportunities available due to several of our CNAs advancing their careers by recently transitioning with us from CNAs to nurses. Excited for their growth, this also offers opportunities for new and experienced CNAs to now join our team!

CURRENT NEEDS: Full-time and part-time hours available for 1st and 2nd shift.
SIGN-ON BONUS: $2,000 for Full-time and $1,000 for Part-time

Job Summary:
Certified Nursing Assistants are responsible for providing industry leading personal care and assistance in the facility. Assist residents with personal hygiene, including assistance with dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and the giving of baths/showers as well as provide basic treatments as required with direction of the nursing staff.

Qualifications:
Successful completion of 75-hour Nurse Aide course (required).
