Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Certified Medication Aide (CMA) | Full-Time

Brief Job Description:
* Assures that all residents’ care plans are followed
* Assists with lifting, turning, transferring, positioning, and transporting residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc.
* Answers call lights to determine patients’ needs
* Checks each resident routinely to ensure that his/her personal care needs are being met in accordance with his/her wishes
* Participates in appropriate in-service training programs as assigned
* Informs charge nurse of any changes in the residents’ condition so that appropriate information can be entered on the resident’s care plan
* Maintains confidentiality of all resident’s care information
* Ensure that all residents are treated fairly, with kindness, dignity and respect

Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Current/Valid Certified Nurses Aide certificate
