DUTIES: Assist with food preparation and other activities of the Dining Services Department to meet the dietetic needs of our residents. Comply with rules and regulations for State regulated food services. Ensure that food is of proper quality and aesthetically pleasing. Maintain proper serving time. Assist in planning and writing menus.
