Dining Associate

1st/2nd shift: Full-time opportunities available (32 hours/week). Flexible hours between 7:30am- 8:00pm.
Located in Jorgensen Plaza for Well-Being

DUTIES: Responsible for the overall guest experience at Gilmore’s Pub, Table 1912, The Market, Diamond Event Center, and Prairie Wind residential dining. Works in all areas, as assigned. Assists with executing high quality dine in and take out/delivery restaurant and event service. Collaborates with customers, kitchen, and others. Responsible for setting up, serving, cleaning up and bartending (if of age). Assists with food preparation for restaurants, banquets, events, and room service.

REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed. Regular attendance and ability to work flexible schedule is required. Prior experience preferred. Strong customer service background required as well as excellent customer service skills. Must be able to read, speak and write fluent English, and must comply with all federal and state regulatory requirements to maintain certification in food handling professional and other certifications such as ServSafe and TIPS training.
