JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Demonstrate commitment to guest service
• Attend and participate in meetings and trainings
• Communicate and assist the culinary team
• Ability to lead and motivate and effectively manage
• Effective leadership and management skills
• Ability to manage their own time and others
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to place orders and assist in the ordering responsibility
• Organizational skills to coordinate banquets, caterings and events
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Restaurant management preferred
• Must have weekend/holiday availability
• Ability to communicate through written and oral skills
