Director of Business Office Services | Accounts Receivable for a Skilled Nursing Home Company
Trillium Healthcare Consulting, LLC located in Bradenton, Florida is looking for a highly-motivated individual with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Long Term Care Skilled Nursing environment. This person should have extensive knowledge in Billing and Collections of Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial Insurances. Including experience working with multiple facilities and states.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading the Business Office Services Department for a SNF organization
• Multi-state experience
• Experience with Centralized and Decentralized Billing
• Knowledge of Point Click Care, EDI/EFT/ERA
• Training and educating for all levels of staff in person and remotely
• Experience with policy and procedure development and implementation
Being Multi-tasked, self-motivated and organized is a must. Good leadership, communication, and auditing skills will be critical in this position. There will be some traveling outside of Florida in this position.
