Director of Nursing

Aase Haugen Senior Services is a premier CCRC in Decorah Iowa. We are looking for a Director of Nursing. We are a faith based, not for profit, that has a history of providing excellent care for over 100 years. We are a 4 star facility looking for the right person. We offer an excellent wage and benefit package as well as a great team with experience. This person plans, organizes, develops and directs the overall operation of the Nursing Services department. We are looking for someone with supervisory / management experience. Demonstrated current knowledge of rules and regulations. This person must have strong critical thinking and analytical skills with excellent verbal and communication skills. Ability to set and achieve relevant goals for self and team.
