Director of Nursing

Holland Farms is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Director of Nursing position for our IL, AL and Memory Care community. This individual will be responsible for the nursing department. They will be responsible for hiring of staff, scheduling, assessments, managing clinical expectations and providing leadership to the staff while promoting the integrity of our community and residents.
