Director of Nursing

* Weekend on-call rotation of every 3-4 weeks
Applicant must have
* Iowa RN license with management experience (preferably in long term care)
* Working knowledge of MDS/Care Plans and long term care rules/regulations
* Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills
* Experience in supervision of employees, including problem solving, training and evaluation
