Director of Nursing

Due to a relocation, we are now seeking a new Director of Nursing. We provide a low stress, home like environment for our residents needing memory care. This position oversees 16 residents in our Memory Care Unit, Nursing Department, Social Services and MDS. It is an exciting time to be a part of SPLH as we enter a new chapter in our company.
