Community Memorial Health Center is in search of an Executive Director to lead our dynamic team. This is a 68-bed Medicare/Medicaid skilled/ICF facility with a 14-bed Memory Care unit and an attached 16-Bed Assisted Living. The facility has a strong history of quality resident care and in nestled in the progressive community of Hartley, Iowa. The facility is governed by a Board of Directors and is seeking a dynamic leader.
