Full Time Dietary Manager

This position directs the overall operation of the dietary department. The Dietary Manager is responsible for food service standards, policy & procedure, dietary staff scheduling and work area supervision. They must be able to provide the highest quality of food service for residents, tenants and staff.

Candidates should demonstrate organizational skills such as time management, food service management, and operations management. They must show teamwork skills such as motivating, coaching, and supervising food service personnel. Also be aware of current state and federal regulations regarding dietary services.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in long term care or health setting and 1 year of dietary management experience. Must be currently Certified as a Dietary Manager (or willing to become certified).
