Full-Time LPN in Assisted Living

Summit Pointe Senior Living Community is a beautiful and upscale senior housing community offering independent, assisted, and memory care living in Marion, IA, that has received Silver and Bronze Quality Awards!!

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

– Completing Medication Setups weekly.

-Working on the floor, providing direct care to tenants.

-Working on the floor every third weekend.

-Completing 90 day and Annual assessments on tenants.

-Responsible for following policies and procedures for documentation and physician orders, assessments as directed by RN, direct care of tenants and evaluation of services provided to tenants.

Experience/Qualifications: Current Iowa State Licenses with Assisted Living or long term care experience preferred.

Must have the ability to work independently and perform tasks thoroughly. Needs to be organized, flexible, detail oriented and have critical thinking skills.
