Home Health Administrator

Currently seeking to hire an innovative Community Healthcare Leader to serve as our Administrator in Ottumwa, IA.

Qualified Candidates will possess a desire and ability to lead, grow, and develop a team serving patients in a home health setting, and are responsible for management and oversight of administrative, professional and field staff. Must have understanding of employee management and building relationships, both with staff and clients. Must have passion to serve, partnered with an entrepreneurial spirit. The sky is the limit, and the need for community services is expansive. Must possess leadership qualities, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to connect with community partners. The end goal is a flourishing office, expanding to serve multiple counties and the residents in Southeast Iowa.

Qualifications:

Iowa Registered Nurse License (BSN preferred) or 4 year degree in Business (or related) with experience in Healthcare Leadership

Previous Home Health Experience (Required)

Driver’s License

Vehicle

Ability to lead by example

Ability to ensure compliance with CMS and DIA regulatory standards as well as external and internal quality measures

Ability to hire, onboard and retain staff

High commitment to customer service

Understanding of financials and business operations

Understanding of marketing, growth and sales

This position is full-time, and may require hours outside of Mon-Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm, especially during high growth. This is an incredible opportunity to run a home health care region and be a part of exponential growth.

Preferred applicants will have previous home care experience with OASIS knowledge. A current Iowa nursing license, driving license, and vehicle are required.
