Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Luther Park Community is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join its team.

The Administrator is the leader of the Trinity Center at Luther Park, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility with 60 CCDI beds and a rich history in dementia care The Administrator is responsible for day to day operations of the facility; ensuring the Trinity Center operates in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations and ensuring the well-being and optimal health of each resident. The ideal candidate will have experience in dementia care and a track record of success in quality improvement. We are seeking candidates who support our vision to be a holistic, quality-driven senior community recognized as the leader in dementia care.

Minimum Job Requirements:
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, health services administration, long term care administration or a related field. Preferred Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public administration or related field.
• Current Iowa nursing home administrator license or the ability to obtain one.
• Three years experience as a nursing home administrator.
• Proven results of leading a high performing team with measurable results and outcomes.
• Cultivation of a quality care environment with high levels of satisfaction for residents and staff.
• Ability to analyze financial reports, aggregate resident data and other information and make sound business decisions.
