Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:
Fix and maintain the facility’s equipment (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
Respond to repair requests from residents and staff.
Keep the building and grounds safe and clean.
Handle basic landscaping and snow removal.
Be available for emergency repairs.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous maintenance experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Ability to work independently.
Physical ability to lift and perform manual tasks.
