NH Administrator
The St. Luke’s Transitional Care Center (TCC) is proactively seeking an Administrator to lead our team at our 46-bed facility, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. TCC is a destination skilled care center, which sets itself apart in the community for high-quality skilled care, with first in class processes for care delivery. This team works collaboratively with the UnityPoint Health System to provide coordinated care.

Job Overview and Requirements
• Training For Position: Formal and Informal

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Nursing Home Administrator License (or willingness to achieve within one-year of employment)
• Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of Healthcare management, preferably in a senior living community.
