Nurse Supervisor

1st shift: Full-time opportunity available

DUTIES: Travels to WHS network locations to back up any needed position for circumstances such as FMLA, LOA, backfilling positions, etc. Directs and supervises nursing personnel assignments/ schedules to accomplish all goals for resident care. Prepares, reviews and supervises the implementation and revision of care plans to maintain the highest possible degree of independence. Provides mentoring support to nurse leaders and nurses.

REQUIREMENTS: Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in Iowa. Has approximately three years experience in geriatric nursing. Has approximately three years experience in supervision and administration of nursing services. BSN Preferred. Must be able to read, speak and write fluent English. Must be able to travel to WHS network locations when needed.
