Practice Manager

As a Practice Manager at ChildServe, you will be responsible for the efficient, effective and safe management of ChildServe’s Medical Rehabilitation, Complex Care, Behavioral Health and Ancillary Teams. This includes responsibility for its finances, and ensuring the well-being of patients, providers and staff.

What You’ll Do:

-Develop and manage quality assurance performance improvement programs for Clinic Services in collaboration with care quality leaders and staff.
-Ensure achievement of budget results; identify and monitor key business processes and results and lead process improvement when indicated.
-Develop annual operating plan (AOP) for Clinics and follow established reporting mechanisms.
-Monitor reimbursement rates and collaborate with accounting department to maintain at projected levels.
-Collaborate with staff in accounting department for reinforcement of billing processes impacted from activities during child admissions, discharges, and service re-certifications; ensure reimbursement requirements are met timely and accurately and support account receivables.
-Coordinate and implement staff and environment safety processes (Emergency Preparedness Planning), practices, and initiatives in collaboration with the Safety Manager.
Manage compliance with external regulations and needed accreditations to maintain highest level of care excellence.
-Supervise staff through effective hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
-Develop and manage communication and collaboration with all levels of staff, administration, providers and outside organizations to coordinate practice business, accomplish goals and to facilitate the resolution of problems.

What You’ll Need:

-Master’s degree in a healthcare or business related field required, MHA preferred.
Certified Medical Practice Executive preferred.
-5 years related leadership experience.
-Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions.
-Knowledge of local, state and federal regulations affecting delivery of Outpatient Services.
-Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
