Arbor Springs of West Des Moines is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team! We are a specialized care facility focused exclusively on residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s, providing a supportive and purpose-driven environment for both staff and residents.
Conveniently located just one block from Jordan Creek Mall, our community offers an accessible and welcoming workplace.
We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time positions across multiple shifts.

Pay
• $35–$43 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Differentials
• Weekday differentials available for:
o 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
o 10:15 PM – 6:15 AM
• Weekend differentials available for all shifts
Available Shifts
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 10:15 PM – 6:15 AM

Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality, individualized nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor resident health and report changes to physicians and care team
• Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications
• Active RN license in the state of Iowa
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Experience with dementia/Alzheimer’s care preferred but not required
